Air – Waterproof and windproof

The basic and most important meaning of our test plant is the systematic inspection, verification and quality control of the diversity of facade systems according to all prescribed regulations and standards.

SOUND

We use the Brüel & Kjær Class I measurement system for sound testing. Laboratory measurement of lateral airborne sound transmission between adjacent rooms and measurement of airborne sound insulation, façade elements, doors and windows.
It is possible to perform various tests such as:
1. Laboratory measurement of lateral airborne sound transmission between adjacent rooms - Test method EN ISO 10848-2
2. Measurement of airborne sound insulation - Test method EN ISO 10140-2 (ASTM E90)

HARD AND SOFT BODY STRIKE

All tests can be provided in accordance with EN 14019: 2004 and Technical Note 76 for the United Kingdom.

1. Soft body impact test
The test can be performed using a double rubber as described in EN 12600 or a 400 mm diameter spherical / conical bag and filled with 3 mm diameter glass to obtain a mass of 50 kg.
The impact test is performed by allowing the foreign body to swing in motion to hit the sample being mounted. The inclination height of the foreign body is adjusted to obtain the required impact energy.

2. Hard body impact test
A steel ball of 50 ± 1 mm or 60 ± 1 mm will be used
The ball must be:
- Dropped from the tower on a horizontal surface, or
- Dropped to lean on a vertical surface

3. Basket test
According to the requirements, the baskets are designed to limit the severity of potential impacts on the values given in Tables 4 and 5 of Technical Note no. 75.
